About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Search professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of dedicated experience in managing leadership and senior-level mandates across sectors such as Engineering, EPC, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Chemicals, and Manufacturing. This role involves managing end-to-end executive search assignments, engaging with high-level stakeholders, and building long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth through strategic talent acquisition and market intelligence. Qualifications
The candidate should possess a minimum of 10+ years of experience in executive search or leadership hiring, with a proven track record of handling senior and leadership mandates. Candidates must demonstrate strong client management skills, stakeholder engagement capabilities, and a deep understanding of talent mapping, market intelligence, and industry-specific talent pools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills are essential. A well-established professional network, particularly with senior-level candidates, is highly desirable. The ability to independently manage multiple mandates while delivering quality results within stipulated timelines is crucial for success in this role.

- Manage end-to-end executive search and leadership hiring mandates for clients across relevant sectors, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
- Develop comprehensive search strategies by understanding client requirements, organizational structures, business objectives, and leadership needs.
- Lead searches for senior management roles, including Business Heads, Functional Heads, CXOs, and other leadership positions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Engage with a wide network of senior professionals across Engineering, EPC, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Chemicals, and Manufacturing sectors to identify and attract top talent.
- Drive new client acquisition initiatives and expand existing accounts through strategic engagement and value addition.
- Mentor and guide junior researchers and consultants involved in search assignments, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
- Maintain market intelligence by tracking industry movements, competitor organizations, talent pools, and industry trends to enhance search effectiveness.
- Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience and successful placements.
