Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for IT and non-IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted list of potential candidates.
• Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in technical/ non technical recruitment 
• Able to source CVs proactively on the assigned positions
• Should have basic understanding of all the roles hired for in the past
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
