Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales profiles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Hire for profiles such as BDE, BDM, Sales Executive, Sales Manager, and other sales positions.
• Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers.
• Follow up with selected candidates until their joining.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Achieve monthly hiring targets and ensure timely closures.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for sales requirements.
• Coordinate with the management/hiring team regarding open positions.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Graduate/MBA in HR or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in recruitment, preferably Sales Hiring.
• Good knowledge of recruitment portals and candidate sourcing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in BDE/BDM/Sales hiring will be preferred.
