• Source top talent for various positions within the organization through headhunting techniques and networking.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for each role.

Job Requirements :

• 3-12 years of experience in recruitment or staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
