Recruiter-Work from Home

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales and non-sales positions.
• Source relevant candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial screening calls.
• Assess candidates based on job requirements, communication skills, experience, and overall suitability.
• Schedule shortlisted candidates for the final round of interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
• Take regular follow-ups with candidates to ensure smooth progression through the hiring process.
• Maintain a proper database and recruitment tracker.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from the initial interaction until onboarding.
• Follow up with selected candidates and assist in completing the onboarding process.
• Work towards assigned hiring targets and ensure timely closures.

Preferred candidate profile

• Female candidates preferred.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in handling both sales and non-sales hiring is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong screening and candidate assessment abilities.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand candidate suitability and make effective hiring decisions.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven recruitment environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Must be looking for a full-time, long-term opportunity.
