Shift Timings: US Shift (7:30 PM - 4:30 AM / 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST)

Role Summary

The Recruiter will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment services for US clients across IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare domains. The role requires adherence to defined SLAs, effective stakeholder management, and contribution to overall recruitment delivery while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery as per agreed SLAs.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels.
• Coordinate with clients and participate in calls as required.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.
• Mentor and support junior recruiters in meeting delivery standards.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, information security, and data privacy policies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0-3 years of experience in US recruitment (IT / Non-IT / Healthcare).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/portals.
• Good negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
