Responsibilities

• Handle full recruitment cycle - sourcing to onboarding
• Recruit for IT roles, Team Leaders, and similar positions
• Lead and manage a team of recruiters
• Source candidates via Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Coordinate with department heads on hiring needs
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
• Close positions within defined timelines
• Build a strong candidate pipeline

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years recruitment experience
• Experience in IT hiring and/or team management preferred
• Strong communication and sourcing skills
• Graduate in HR or related field preferred
• Based in or willing to work from Bharatpur
