Role Description This is a full-time, remote Recruiter role focused on target-based hiring within a consultancy environment. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including understanding client requirements, sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. Daily responsibilities include coordinating interview schedules, maintaining candidate pipelines, and providing regular updates to clients on hiring progress and performance against targets. The role involves building strong relationships with candidates and client stakeholders, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The Recruiter will also contribute to improving recruitment strategies, maintaining accurate records in applicant tracking systems, and collaborating with the internal team to meet operational and performance goals.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment within consultancy or agency environments.
• Ability to manage client relationships, understand hiring needs, and deliver on target-based recruitment objectives.
• Proficiency with job portals, professional networking platforms, social media, and basic applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple roles, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Comfort working independently in a remote setting, with a proactive and goal-oriented approach.
• Prior experience in recruitment (consultancy, staffing, or agency) is strongly preferred; experience in marketing-related hiring is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
