About the Role

Vrinda Global is looking for Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our growing recruitment team. We are seeking professionals with strong experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment who can manage multiple hiring mandates and deliver high-quality profiles within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess suitability.
• Handle bulk, lateral, niche, and leadership hiring requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates, clients, and hiring teams.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure regular follow-ups.
• Handle offer discussions, compensation negotiation, and joining coordination.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and track submissions, interviews, closures, and TAT.
• Build strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining quality of hiring.Role & responsibilities
