Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 6 months to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment for both Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Permanent positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and technical skills required for IT positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate technical interviews with clients and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers and databases.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned requirements and maintain strong candidate relationships.

Required Skills

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Understanding of C2H and permanent hiring processes.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and other recruitment portals.
• Knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and job descriptions.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualification

• Any graduate degree.
• MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
