Recruiter Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of recruiters to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for BPO hiring.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and make recommendations on new hires.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in BPO hiring or related field.
• Proven track record of success in volume hiring with high accuracy rates.
• Strong understanding of the BPO/Call Centre environment and its dynamics.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
