Recruiter/Sr.Recruiter/Lead Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requirement gathering to candidate joining.
• Understand job requirements and prepare/source candidates based on technical and functional skills.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Perform initial HR/technical screening and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule technical, managerial, and HR interviews with candidates and interview panels.
• Manage interview calendars and ensure candidates and interviewers are properly informed.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview process and maintain regular communication.
• Follow up with hiring managers/interviewers for interview feedback and status updates.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in the ATS/recruitment tracker.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts, documentation, and background verification where applicable.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, interview-to-selection ratio, and offer-to-joining ratio.
• Handle multiple IT requirements simultaneously and work effectively against hiring targets and deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, React, Angular, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, etc.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other recruitment platforms.
• Strong interview scheduling and candidate follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and preferably an ATS.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
