Recruiter Specialist

1. Manpower Planning: Coordinate with department heads to understand current and future manpower requirements.
2. Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, social media, and local recruitment networks.
3. Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, assess candidate suitability, and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
4. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with HR and department heads and maintain proper interview records.
5. Industrial Recruitment: Recruit employees for sales, accounts, administration, warehouse, security, loading/unloading, and technical positions.
6. Follow-up: Regularly follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interview attendance, selection, salary negotiation, and joining dates.
7. Joining Formalities: Coordinate offer letters, joining documents, background verification, and onboarding formalities.
8. Recruitment MIS: Maintain daily recruitment reports, interview schedules, candidate databases, selection status, and joining reports in Excel or Google Sheets.
9. Recruitment Targets: Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per approved manpower requirements.
10. Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with recruitment consultants, job portals, and local placement agencies.
11. Employee Retention: Follow up with newly joined employees to understand joining issues and early attrition.
12. Documentation: Maintain proper recruitment records and ensure compliance with company recruitment procedures.

3. Required Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
• 10-15 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in industrial, steel, trading, or warehouse recruitment will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and recruitment MIS.
• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
