Recruiter Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements and prepare/understand Job Descriptions in coordination with hiring managers.
• Source relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, social media and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video screening to assess candidates against job requirements.
• Shortlist suitable candidates and share profiles with the respective hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels.
• Follow up with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations and candidate closures within approved budgets.
• Coordinate pre-joining formalities and ensure candidates join as per agreed timelines.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases and MIS reports.
• Monitor recruitment status, ageing positions, offer-to-joining ratio and other recruitment metrics.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Conduct market mapping and identify potential candidates for critical and niche positions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Support employer branding and recruitment-related initiatives as required.
• Ensure recruitment activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and processes.

Key Skills Required

• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment portals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
• Good negotiation and candidate management skills.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant qualification will be an added advantage.
