Job Description:

We are looking for a result-oriented BFSI Recruiter with 1–4 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in portal hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and screening candidates for BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) requirements through job portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI requirements.
• Source relevant candidates through Naukri.com and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills:

• 1–4 years of experience in BFSI recruitment.
• Strong hands-on experience in portal hiring and resume sourcing.
• Experience using Naukri.com and other recruitment portals.
• Good candidate screening, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment environment.

Salary: 20,000–25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Preferred Locations: Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Chennai.
