Recruiter Specialist

We are looking for both freshers and experienced candidates to join our company in Indore for a Recruitment role.

Position: Associate Recruiter / Recruitment Executive / Senior Executive
Location: Indore
Experience: 1+ year experience required

Shift Timings: 9:30AM - 6:30PM

Working Days: 5 Days (Monday - Friday - Work From Office)

Benefits : Fixed Salary + Quarterly Incentives + Monthly Bonus incentive + Increment in every 6 month (depends on half early reviews)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Designing & implementing the overall recruiting strategies.
• Sourcing & attracting candidates by using database, social media etc.
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open position.
• Prepare recruitment materials and Post job to appropriate job boards.

• Excellent Communication (verbal & written) & Interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Should be confident & presentable personality.
• Capable of spotting issues and providing options for solution.
• Expert in excel & database management.
• Expert in using job portals & social networking sites.
• Familiarities with HR database, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Management System (CMS)
