Recruiter Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Understand the Job description given by client
• Source right candidate's profiles from various sources based on the Job description
• Interact with prospective candidates and clients to carry out end to end recruitment process like scheduling interviews, tracking status of the interviews, selections, onboarding etc.
• Work with existing & new clients to develop the business and secure more open positions
• Maintain day to day client relations for fulfilment.
• Create and submit daily fulfilment status report of candidates & profiles status for given open positions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline
• 2 - 4 Yrs. of relevant experience for Recruitment/account management & 1 - 3 Yrs. of hands-on work experience in sourcing & recruitment of IT skills candidates.
• Good understanding of different IT services Skills & Roles
• Excellent communication, networking and client management skills.
• Must have Passion for Recruitment role.
