Recruiter Specialist

Hiring for A Client of TeamLease.

Location : Delhi (near Supreme Court)

Workdays : Monday to Friday

Role : end to end hiring for middle and senior level positions

Salary range : 7 - 9 LPA

Candidate will be on TeamLease payroll

We are looking for a Recruiter to support end to end hiring for middle and senior level positions over the course of this engagement. This is a hands on role that goes beyond sourcing and screening: it calls for someone who can represent the Company and the opportunity in a way that draws strong candidates in, hold real, encouraging conversations that help people see themselves in the role, and coordinate the interview process closely with internal stakeholders to close positions on time.

Role and Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for middle and senior level roles across functions
• Build and manage a pipeline of active and passive candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channel
• Proactively identify and reach out to strong candidates who are not actively job hunting, and make a genuine, well-informed case for why they should consider the company
• Promote each role in a way that reflects both the opportunity and mission statement, so candidates understand not just what the job involves but why the work matters
• Have honest, encouraging conversations with candidates at every stage, answer their questions, address any hesitations, and help them see how the role fits their career goals
• Coordinate interview scheduling and follow up for timely feedback from panels
• Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Manage candidate communication so the experience reflects company's standards at every stage, from first outreach to offer
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and pipeline data

Qualifications and Professional Experience

• 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a track record of hiring middle and senior level professionals
• Comfortable with proactive, headhunting-style outreach approaching passive candidates directly and pitching a role, not just managing inbound applicants
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak persuasively and honestly about a role and an organisation
• Comfortable managing multiple open roles and stakeholders at the same time
• Based in Delhi, available to work from office 5 days a week
• Prior recruitment experience in the nonprofit or development sector is a plus, not mandatory
