Job Description

We are looking for an Internal Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in internal hiring, preferably from a consultancy/consulting or recruitment firm.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end internal recruitment for the organization.

- Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.

- Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate pipeline.

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

- Conduct initial candidate screening and interview coordination.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.

- Build and maintain a strong candidate database.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Internal Hiring / Corporate Recruitment.

- Experience in Recruitment Consultancy / Consulting environment preferred.

- Good sourcing and candidate-screening skills.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.

- Ability to manage multiple positions and closures simultaneously.

Location Preference: Only Bangalore local candidates who can work from the Bangalore office.
