Recruiter Specialist

Role & responsibilities :

* Manage the *end-to-end recruitment process*, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

* Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers and close positions within the required timelines.

* Source candidates through *job portals, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, social media, placement cells, and other channels*.

* Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.

* Shortlist candidates based on *qualification, experience, location, salary expectations, communication skills, and job requirements*.

* Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels.

* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

* Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure regular follow-up on pending candidates.

* Coordinate salary discussions, documentation, background verification, and offer rollout.

* Ensure smooth joining and onboarding of selected candidates.

* Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates to management.

* Track recruitment metrics such as *open positions, sourcing, interviews, selections, offers, joining, and dropouts*.

* Coordinate with recruitment vendors and placement agencies for manpower requirements.

* Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements.

* Support *bulk hiring for Field Officers, Tele Collection, Operations, and other business roles* as required.

* Ensure recruitment activities are completed as per company policies and timelines.
