Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across different roles and industries. The candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, coordination, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and source suitable candidates.
• Source profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates based on experience, skills, compensation, notice period, and career expectations.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare candidate summaries and update recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate offer negotiations and joining formalities.
• Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in an executive search firm or recruitment consultancy would be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and work within timelines.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and recruitment trackers.
