Recruiter Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals & other channels.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate data and update ATS.
• Coordinate with hiring managers on requirements.
• Track recruitment status and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Support employer branding and recruitment activities.

Skills

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Minimum 1 yr of experience in recruitment
• Candidate screening & interview skills
• Good coordination and follow-up
• Knowledge of recruitment & ATS

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
