Recruiter Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and attract top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements for open positions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to fill critical roles.
• Manage bulk hiring processes from posting job ads to onboarding new employees.

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in BPO recruitment or end-to-end recruitment consulting.
• Strong understanding of mass hiring, mass recruitment, and bulk hiring techniques.
• Excellent talent sourcing skills with ability to source candidates from diverse sources including social media platforms.
