Recruiter Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across Banking, Insurance, Asset Management & Technology.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Act as the first point of contact for candidates and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Manage client/hiring manager coordination and maintain recruitment timelines.
• Support recruitment drives, campus hiring, and mass hiring initiatives when required.
• Maintain ATS, recruitment records, and other administrative documentation.
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement.

• Confident, professional, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and resume databases.
• Good judgment and ability to work effectively in a team.

Role Split: 95% Recruitment | 5% Administrative & Coordination
