Key Responsibilities

*Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels

*Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements

*Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds

*Schedule interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups

*Build and maintain a strong candidate database and talent pipeline

*Coordinate with clients and hiring managers on recruitment requirements

*Drive timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards

*Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring trackers

*Support onboarding and candidate documentation processes

*Independently manage recruitment activities and ensure effective client coordination
