Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare positions for US clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and identify qualified candidates.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to interview, offer, and joining.
• Conduct candidate screening and assess skills, experience, availability, and work authorization.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers/ATS and achieve submission, interview, and joining targets.
• Build strong candidate relationships and minimize offer dropouts.

Requirements

Freshers with excellent Communication skills are also welcomed

• 1 + years of US Recruitment / US Staffing experience.
• Experience in IT, Non-IT, Healthcare, or multiple US staffing domains.
• Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, or similar portals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven US shift environment.
