Recruiter Professional

Looking to onboard a skilled professional to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and be able to work from home.

• Manage and coordinate recruitment activities for international clients.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless onboarding processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software.
• Experience working with international clients is an advantage.
