Role & responsibilities :

Requisition & Posting Support Support recruiters with requisition setup, preparation, and routing activities to ensure required information is complete and ready for posting Refine job descriptions for clarity, formatting, alignment to approved templates, and readiness for internal or external posting coordinate posting activities and help ensure job postings reflect accurate title, location, work model, role requirements, and screening criteria, Candidate Screening & Recruiter Support,

Offer Preparation & Administrative Coordination.

Preferred candidate profile : 1+ year of experience in US recruiting healthcare coordination, HR administration, talent acquisition operations, shared services, customer support, or administrative operations.

Should be flexible working in Nightshifts
