Recruiter (Off Role - Contract)

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, were looking to add a Recruiter located in Pune.

What a typical day looks like:

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline for fresher and experienced candidates across Verticals like IT, Finance, Engineering.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
• Managing the input to onboarding team.
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
• Ensure TAT and SLA is adhered in all BAU activities.
• Ensure respective process related documents are in place for audit and compliance

The experience were looking to add to our team:

• Graduate with 1-3 years exp. in entire Recruitment gamut.
• Flexible to work in tight schedule and timings.
• Must be able to handle pressure.
