Recruiter Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and implement effective employer branding strategies to attract top talent in the industry.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans that meet business needs.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement process improvements.

Job Requirements :

• 8-12 years of experience as a Recruiter Manager or similar role in IT staffing or consulting firm.
• Proven track record of successfully filling difficult-to-fill positions through innovative sourcing methods such as social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Strong understanding of analytics hiring tools (e.g., ATS) and ability to analyze data to inform recruitment decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
