Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, including bulk hiring and staffing requirements.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their talent acquisition needs.
  
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fitment, and make recommendations for new hires.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates that meet client expectations.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective recruitment strategies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field (bulk hiring, recruitment management).
  
• Strong understanding of technical skills required for various IT roles (e.g., software development, data analysis).
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage client relationships effectively.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
