We're Hiring: RECRUITMENT MANAGER (Building Construction)

Capital Maseco Construction is looking for an experienced and proactive RECRUITMENT MANAGER to join our HR team in Kinshasa, Congo. If you have strong expertise in recruitment, especially for the construction industry, and are passionate about hiring top talent, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand manpower requirements and job specifications for various Constructions positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, headhunting, and internal databases for
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic and preliminary HR interviews.
• Assess candidates' communication skills, experience, and overall suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with MD, CEO, Hiring Managers, HODs, and the HR Head.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring dashboards.
• Explain job roles, responsibilities, and company policies to shortlisted candidates.
• Negotiate compensation within company guidelines and manage offer rollouts.
• Follow up with candidates until they join the organization.
• Collect and verify required candidate documents after selection.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with newly onboarded employees.
• Support HR operations and other HR-related activities as required.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and talent availability in the construction sector.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Recruitment only (Construction Industry)
• Experience hiring for the Building Construction industry is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good knowledge of recruitment reporting and hiring metrics.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
