Recruiter Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and bulk hiring activities.
• Achieve monthly hiring and joining targets.
• Arrange and mobilize migrant candidates from different locations.
• Build candidate sourcing networks in critical locations.
• Recruit and manage recruitment team members.
• Allocate targets and monitor team performance.
• Coordinate with clients for manpower requirements.
• Handle interviews, selection, joining, and deployment.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate new client leads and convert them into business.
• Handle urgent and critical manpower requirements.
• Coordinate with local recruitment vendors and manpower sources.
• Track daily recruitment, joining, and deployment reports.
• Resolve candidate and client-related recruitment issues.
• Ensure timely manpower supply as per client requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Min 2 Years Experience in Blue collar Hiring

Especially in to Warehousing client handling.
