Recruiter - Looking Immediate Joiner

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring activities across assigned business verticals. The individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Track candidate status and maintain recruitment trackers accurately.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Manage offer rollout, follow-ups, and joining coordination as required.
• Meet hiring timelines and closure targets.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior recruitment experience preferred (agency or corporate hiring).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and recruitment portals.

Mandatory Infrastructure Requirement

• Candidate must possess and use their own personal laptop with a stable internet connection throughout the contract period.
• Axis Bank/Company laptop and hardware will not be provided for this role.
• The recruiter must ensure uninterrupted connectivity and a suitable work environment to effectively perform recruitment activities remotely.
