Job Requirements :

• 8-16 years of experience in leadership hiring or recruitment in manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully filling critical roles at senior levels.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
