Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 1–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and driving candidates through the hiring process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Understand job requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, compensation, and other job-specific criteria.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/client interviews.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate tracker/MIS.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure timely closure.
• Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations.
• Coordinate documentation, background verification, offer rollout, and joining formalities.
• Maintain a strong pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand and close open positions.
• Ensure recruitment activities are completed within agreed TATs.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular hiring updates.

Required Skills

• 1–4 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
• Good understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and technical skill requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Good negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
