Location - Commerzone IT Park, Yerwada, Pune

Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Nature of Job: Contract

Responsibilities :

• Sourcing and screening candidates' profiles.
• Interview Coordination and schedule interviews.
• Manage high-volume recruitment activities.
• Work towards daily/weekly hiring targets.
• Handle pressure in a fast-paced hiring environment.

Requirements:

• Graduate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• BPO hiring/Bulk Hiring experience
• Consultancy experience in BPO hiring for international process,
• Should have experience sourcing on various job portals.
• Should know how to use Naukri and perform searches.
