Recruiter Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Intern to support our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various job openings. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in end-to-end recruitment and human resource management.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Contact candidates to explain job opportunities and assess their interest.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining status.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist the recruitment team with daily hiring activities and documentation.
• Support the team in meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.

Skills and Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn recruitment processes and work in a target-oriented environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
