Recruiter Intern

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Interns who are passionate about recruitment and want to build a career in Human Resources.

This internship provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on recruitment experience while working on real hiring requirements for funded startups and growing companies.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements from different clients.
• Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring teams.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily reports.
• Work on multiple hiring requirements across different industries.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Support the recruitment team in meeting hiring deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and candidates interested in building a career in HR and recruitment.
• Any graduate or postgraduate; MBA HR students are encouraged to apply.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to communicate professionally with candidates.
• Willingness to learn recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Must have a personal laptop and a stable internet connection.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks while working remotely.
