TAK Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Recruitment Intern to join our HR team in Noida.

Experience: 02 Years
Location: Noida, Sector 80

Duration: 2 - 3 months

Stipend: 15 - 20 k
Function: Human Resources Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring teams
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS
  • Support campus hiring and recruitment initiatives
  • Assist with offer, pre-joining, and onboarding coordination

What Were Looking For

• Graduate in HR or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
  • Good follow-up and coordination skills
  • Interest in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply

How Your Performance Will Be Measured
Your progress will be reviewed against clear, quantifiable metrics throughout the internship:

• CVs sourced per profile: 15-20 relevant CVs per open role
• Offers extended: minimum of 2 per month
• Candidate feedback: average rating of 4 out of 5 or higher on the recruitment experience
