Job Description

Lenskart is looking for an HR Intern to support our recruitment team in managing hiring activities for retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle bulk hiring for Sales Associate and Store Manager positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring and joining process.
• Support the HR team in achieving daily and monthly hiring targets.

Requirements

• Prior experience in bulk hiring / recruitment will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple candidates and recruitment activities simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
• Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
