Recruiter Intern

Role & responsibilities

Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed

and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria

• Placing job postings on all relevant platforms
• Assist the recruiters with sourcing and scheduling candidates for

interviews

• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g.

LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.)

• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Managing historical & current applicant documentation
• Taking part in interviews
• Developing network of suitable candidates by networking with various

institutions and social media

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Generate Recruiting Statistics reports and other report that may be

needed

• Researching different recruiting channels to discover diverse pool of

new candidates

Preferred candidate profile

Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills

• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a

variety of roles

• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiatives
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet

deadlines

• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal

relationships at all levels of the organisation
