Recruiter Intern

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support the onboarding process by collecting required documents and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Draft job postings and assist in employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare recruitment reports and MIS as required by the HR team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Recent graduate or final-year student from a reputed college/university. Candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
• Passionate about building a career in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, confident, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Prior internship or project experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition will be an added advantage
