Recruiter Intern (Work from Office, Andheri West - 5 days)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to support our Human Resources team recruitment.

In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to the entire lifecycle of an employeefrom sourcing and onboarding to data management and workplace culture.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an aspiring HR professional to apply academic knowledge to real-world business scenarios in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Post and update job openings on job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Internshala) and social media platforms.

Screen incoming resumes and initial application forms against job requirements.

Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Send interview confirmations, follow-ups, and rejection/offer letter.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

• Software Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office and G-suit

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.

• Organization: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.

• Discretion: A high degree of integrity and professional ethics when dealing with confidential employee documents.

Stipend & Perks

• Stipend: 10,000 - 15,000 per month
