Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
- Promote and sell SEL s culture and values to attract candidates.
- Follow standard recruiting guidelines and principles to attract, recruit, screen and interview candidates, flexes to meet customer needs.
- Oversee and fill positions efficiently and timely with top talent, with little oversight.
- Recommends placement of internal and referred candidates for entry-level positions.
- Leads and supports the development and implementation of improvement efforts.
- Manage confidential files and other privileged information.
- Work independently to define and follow area processes, work instructions, and guidelines using initiative to propose solutions to problems.
- Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
- Understand. Create. Simplify.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or related professional experience
- Typically 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Demonstrated ability to attract candidates and build networks by selling company culture and values.
- Ability to mentor and teach Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information and data
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Background check results satisfactory to SEL
- Negative drug test result(s)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technical recruiting environment
- Applicant Tracking tools (ATS) tools experience
