Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting for LAP, mortgage or retail assets sales roles.
• Proven experience hiring sales professionals for banks, NBFCs or housing finance companies.
• Strong sourcing skills and understanding of the relevant talent market.
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment, including screening, interview coordination, offer follow-up and joining.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
