Roles and Responsibility

- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
