Key Responsibilities and KPIs

The On-Site Supervisors will be responsible for:

Managing day-to-day issues and concerns of the existing deputies and supporting attrition management.

Increasing headcount through walk-ins, references and other local sourcing channels.

Coordinating with HR and internal teams for employee transfers.

Working closely with site recruiters to improve the overall headcount.

Following up with interview candidates and selected candidates to ensure maximum joining conversion.

Managing joining documentation and onboarding coordination.

Achieving an individual target of 15 net additions per month, through either fresh sourcing or employee transfers
