Preferred candidate profile

We're looking for a proactive and organized recruiter with at least 1 year of experience to manage end-to-end interview coordination. You'll work closely with clients, panelists, and candidates to ensure smooth recruitment processes. Key responsibilities: coordinate with clients regarding hiring needs and interview schedules. Schedule and manage technical interviews with interview panelists. Communicate interview details clearly to candidates. Track interview status and collect feedback from panelists. Make sure the recruitment tracker is updated.
