Recruiter (Contract Role)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiters to join our Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and sourcing top talent across various functions. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, references, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
• Track and report recruitment metrics, hiring status, and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and hiring processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT
• Strong expertise in sourcing and screening candidates.
• Experience working with ATS and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in volume hiring and lateral recruitment.
• Strong networking and talent mapping capabilities.
• Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
